Zac Hardy focuses his practice on intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent and trade secret litigation. His background is in computer engineering, and his experience includes drafting pleadings and motions, researching factual and legal issues, and conducting and managing discovery.
Prior to attending law school, Zac worked on low-probability-of-intercept (missile detection) radar systems and network monitoring software for use in voyage (navigation) systems aboard naval vessels at the Naval Postgraduate School's Center for Cyber Warfare in Monterey, California.
Zac maintains an active pro bono practice and has experience representing global nonprofit organizations in the technology sector. Zac also has courtroom experience from his summer as a judicial extern.
