Kelly Holt focuses her practice on appellate advocacy and motions practice. She has extensive experience in complex commercial disputes, particularly multidistrict litigation and class actions, as well as federal regulatory proceedings. She has practiced at all levels of the federal and state courts, including arguing before several state and federal courts of appeals. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, particularly in the areas of religious liberty and immigration.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Kelly served as a law clerk at the United States Supreme Court and at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Kelly has also worked as a consultant at ClearView Healthcare Partners, where she used her scientific background to provide guidance to pharmaceutical clients regarding research and development.
