Michael Grund represents private equity funds and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestures, cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and other complex business transactions. Michael also advises private equity funds' portfolio companies and private companies on corporate governance, general business law, and commercial matters. He has experience representing clients in the technology, consumer goods, health care, chemical, and manufacturing industries.
Michael is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the American Bar Association (Business Law Section). He also regularly provides pro bono legal services at legal aid clinics. Michael previously served as a legal fellow at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
