Fabio Maria Guidi's practice focuses on banking and structured finance, particularly securitizations, factoring transactions, and nonperforming loan (NPL) portfolio acquisitions.
Fabio provides assistance to arrangers, lead managers, originators, agents, and noteholders in the context of securitizations, including transactions with a single issuance, revolving structures, and partly paid notes, and with various asset classes including residential mortgage loans, loans granted to small and medium-sized enterprises [SMEs], trade receivables, salary secured loans, leasing, and NPLs.
Fabio also assists Italian and foreign banks in real estate finance transactions, and he has experience in debt capital market transactions such as euro medium-term note (EMTN) programs and stand-alone issuances of bonds.
