Elizabeth Geraghty represents clients on the full spectrum of UK employment law matters, with experience spanning contentious and noncontentious issues.
Elizabeth advises on day-to-day employment matters, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, employee exits, redundancies, and drafting employment contracts and policies. She also advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including share sales and business transfers.
In terms of contentious work, Elizabeth has experience representing employers in Employment Tribunal proceedings involving claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing. She also has experience with injunctive proceedings in the High Court, as well advising on sensitive workplace investigations involving claims of sexual harassment.
Elizabeth is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) in the United Kingdom.
