Shea Flanagan represents and counsels clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration proceedings. She has diverse litigation experience, including briefing and motions practice, e-discovery, fact investigation, offensive and defensive discovery, and working with fact and expert witnesses.
Shea's recent experience includes representing Experian, one of the three national credit reporting agencies in the United States, in consumer litigation under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Shea maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting with Jones Day's efforts representing immigrants in Laredo, Texas, and representing clients alleging civil rights violations in federal court.
