Mathilde Dubois focuses on project realization in Africa, particularly in the digital sector. She regularly works on the development of contractual and financial arrangements in the context of multilateral negotiations.

Mathilde has experience in digital, infrastructure, energy, and natural resources. Her practice is active in France and in French and English-speaking Africa, where she assists public and private operators on regulatory issues, M&A, and OHADA (Organization for the Harmonization of Corporate Law in Africa) law matters.
