Ludmilla de Potter d'Indoye focuses on dispute resolution in all its aspects, including domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration. She has experience in the different phases of litigation before Belgian courts and arbitral tribunals in a myriad of civil and commercial issues.
Ludmilla regularly assists clients in arbitration-related proceedings before domestic courts in cases involving issues of sovereign immunities, recognition, enforcement, and challenges of arbitral awards. Ludmilla has experience across a broad spectrum of industries, including construction, data protection, insurance, and distribution. She also holds a certificate of training for Supreme Court appeals in criminal matters (houder van het getuigschrift opleiding cassatie in strafzaken).
