Luana De Mello represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters that arise under federal, state, and local employment laws. Luana is experienced in several aspects of litigation and arbitration, including fact investigation, discovery, and drafting pleadings and pretrial motions.
In addition to her litigation practice, Luana counsels employers on a variety of employment issue, including wage and hour policies, employee handbooks, and terminations.
Luana also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
