Joanna Dreaver is a strategic, client-focused litigator who handles complex commercial issues. Joanna has extensive experience in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Her practice includes preparing briefs and motions, successfully arguing and defending dispositive motions, working closely with clients to develop strategy, managing teams to develop facts and evidence, taking and defending medical depositions, working with expert witnesses, arguing in alternative dispute resolution settings, and preparing for trial.
Joanna has served clients in the financial, legal, consumer products, health care, insurance, and automotive industries.
