Hannah Dheedene advises and represents Belgian and international companies on all aspects of corporate law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions. Hannah assists private and listed companies on domestic and cross-border transactions and also supports clients on corporate restructurings, reorganizations, and corporate governance matters.
