Trey Catanzaro practices corporate law with a focus on commercial real estate and financing transactions. He represents and advises large financial institutions, banks, and private companies in a wide variety of transactions.

Trey has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including real estate, technology, and life sciences. In addition, he has experience advising companies on corporate governance matters.

Trey maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting nonprofits in their corporate governance matters and representing survivors of human trafficking in obtaining various forms of relief.

Experience

  • Sumitomo acquires assets and rights related to lefamulin from NabrivaJones Day advised Sumitomo Pharma Co., Ltd. in the acquisition of assets from Nabriva Therapeutics plc and various wholly-owned subsidiaries. This acquisition includes assets from the U.S., Ireland, and Austria in support of the development, manufacture, marketing and commercialization of lefamulin in the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
