Adam Cook represents clients in patent prosecution and patent litigation matters. He has prosecuted dozens of patents in the fields of electrochemical cells, artificial intelligence (AI), language processing, cybersecurity, network communications, safety structures and apparel, and food processing. Adam's prosecution practice also extends to managing Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and national patent prosecutions in jurisdictions around the globe.

Adam serves clients in inter partes review (IPR) matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He also regularly contributes to Jones Day's PTAB Litigation Blog and participates in the Western District of Pennsylvania's Pro Se Prisoner Civil Rights Pro Bono Mediation Program.
