Laura Baldisserra advises national and international clients in relation to all aspects of employment law. She provides legal assistance with regard to individual and collective dismissal procedures as well as day to-day management of the workforce.
Laura has solid experience in judicial litigation and out-of-court negotiation with employees. She has assisted clients in a variety of legal areas including workforce restructuring in the context of bankruptcy procedures, transfer of business, data protection, and agency agreements. Laura has represented clients in many sectors including chemical, aviation, manufacturing, health care, and technology.
Laura also counsels on data protection in labor and employment matters, specifically as it relates to employees' remote monitoring and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance.
Laura attended the International Training Program at the Paris Bar School in 2018 and worked in Jones Day's Paris Office during her studies. Laura is a member of AGI (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani/Italian Labor Lawyers).
