Emmanuel Baud, who leads the 12-person intellectual property team in the Paris Office, handles IP litigation for French and international clients. His experience involves patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs, domain names, know-how, trade secrets, software, and geographical indications as well as unfair competition/passing off matters. Emmanuel litigates these matters before national and European jurisdictions and institutions.
