JoeAl Akobian focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. He has experience in a wide variety of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, tort claims, and claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). JoeAl is experienced in several aspects of litigation, including depositions and written discovery.
JoeAl is also active in the blockchain/digital assets space with a focus on emerging litigation risks. In addition, JoeAl maintains an active pro bono practice that includes representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
