Tony Adams has represented clients in a range of transactions from joint ventures to M&A deals. His practice focuses on the representation of private equity firms and privately held entities in domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, divisional mergers, and other strategic transactions. His practice also includes renewable energy credit advising and transactions. He has been involved with drafting and negotiating a range of complex commercial agreements, including supply agreements, community solar agreements, and innovative approaches to hydrogen and other low carbon products. He also counsels clients on general corporate governance and general business law matters.
Clients Tony has recently represented include JPMorgan Chase Bank, The Riverside Company, Olympic Steel, KAMAX Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Blue Point Capital Partners, Brookfield Renewable, Materion Corporation, Ohio Transmission, the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), Bose Corporation, and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.
Prior to attending law school, Tony worked as a private bank mortgage underwriter at a large multinational banking institution. He also has experience working for nonprofit organizations, both in a full-time and volunteer capacity.
