ALJ Pender Returns to ITC, ITC Blog

A few weeks ago we reported that Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") Thomas B. Pender had retired from the ITC (here). In recent notices issued by Chief ALJ Bullock, some of the investigations that were previously assigned to ALJ Pender were reassigned to him.
