Jones Day represented Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group in antitrust litigation alleging a conspiracy among car rental companies relating to the pass-on of a surcharge authorized by the California Travel and Tourism Commission. In November 2012, the district court approved the parties' settlement, which is now on appeal.
