Connaught finances acquisition of National Britannia for £91 million

Jones Day counseled Connaught, a leading British-based provider of services to the social housing, public sector and compliance markets, in connection with the £91 million (US $184 million) financing of National Britannia Group, a provider of safety, health, and environment risk management services. The financing consisted of £214 million (US $438 million) of acquisition facilities arranged by the Royal Bank of Scotland and £58 million of Equity Shares in an institutional placing and open offer on the London Stock Exchange, underwritten by Altium Capital Limited.
