Jones Day advised Trinity Hunt Partners in connection with the formation of Trinity Hunt Partners V, L.P., a middle market private equity fund ("THP V"). THP V closed at its hard cap with $350 million in capital commitments from institutional and individual investors, exceeding its target of $300 million. THP V will invest the capital raised by partnering with growing-founder and family-owned businesses within the business services, healthcare, consumer, and industrial sectors.
