Jones Day represented Cliffs Natural Resources Inc., a leading mining and natural resources company in the United States, in connection with its tack-on offering of $575 million aggregate principal amount of additional 5.75% Senior Guaranteed Notes due 2025 and concurrent cash tender offer to purchase up to $504.4 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding secured debt.
