Jones Day provided legal advice to Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. in connection with the amendments to the financing of Grenergy Renovables, S.A.’s capex for certain permitted projects, prior to such projects being developed by PF Project Companies, with the aim of increasing the maximum financing amount and including new lenders.
