Jones Day assisted Canary NGO in its successful application for tax-exempt status as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit. Canary NGO develops and maintains a software platform (“Spotlight”), which is the leading victim identification tool used by law enforcement to aid in juvenile sex trafficking investigations.
