Jones Day advised Air Liquide Industries Belgium SA/NV and Fluxys SA/NV on the merger control and antitrust aspects of a transaction to create a joint venture ("JV") to build and operate a CO2 liquefaction and export terminal in the Antwerp port area, including successfully obtaining the European Commission's unconditional clearance of this transaction under merger control rules.
