Jones Day advised Unigrains, the agri-food and agro-industry specialized investor, in connection with the sale of its third-party management subsidiary Céréa Partenaire to its management, associated with institutional investors. The agreement covers 100% of Céréa Partenaire shares and its three activities: Buyout, Mezzanine, and Senior Debt.
