Jones Day represented High Road Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition and related financing of substantially all of the assets of Specialized Builder's Hardware, Inc., a wholesale distributor of electronic access control doors, door hardware, and security products, by SBH Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mid-West Wholesale Hardware Co.
