Jones Day represented ARA Asset Management Limited ("ARA"), an Asian real estate fund management company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, in connection with the establishment of a joint venture between subsidiary ARA UK Asset Management Limited and a UK property asset manager, Dunedin Property Asset Management Limited, to invest in and manage real estate assets in the UK.
