Jones Day represented a syndicate of banks consisting of BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV, ING Belgium NV/SA, and KBC Bank NV in connection with an amendment and restatement of a credit facility provided to, amongst others, Agristo, a Belgian based specialist in the production of frozen and pre-fried French fries and potato specialties.
