Unabiz raises over $10 million in Series A funding

Client(s) Sigfox S.A.

Jones Day advised Sigfox S.A. in connection with a Series A fundraising by Internet of Things (IoT) solutions company Unabiz Holdings Pte Ltd, raising more than US$10 million in aggregate from various investors including affiliates of global energy conglomerate ENGIE and Japanese telecommunications firm KDDI. Unabiz provides IoT connectivity through Sigfox's LPWAN networks in Singapore and Taiwan.
