Client(s) Everytown for Gun Safety Support Fund Inc.

Jones Day successfully represented Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund in intervening at trial and on appeal to defend a successful Washington state ballot measure requiring background checks for all firearm sales and transfers. A challenge to the measure was dismissed by the Western District of Washington and Ninth Circuit in favor of Jones Day's client.
