Jones Day represented Asia Capital Real Estate Pte. Ltd. in connection with the formation of Asia Capital Real Estate Fund 3, a $100 million real estate private equity fund. The Fund was established to invest in multifamily properties in the Southeast United States, including investments in real estate and real estate-related equity, indebtedness, and securities.
