Citizens Bank provides secured credit facility to craft brewery

Client(s) Citizens Bank, N.A.

Jones Day represented Citizens Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, in connection with a secured credit facility provided to a craft brewery. The credit facility consisted of a term loan, revolving credit facility, and swingline facility. The proceeds of the loan was used to refinance an ESOP loan transaction and general corporate purposes.
