Jones Day represented Maxcom Telecomunicaciones, S.A.B. de C.V., an integrated telecommunication services operator providing widespread voice and data services to residential and business customers in Mexico, in connection with its tender offer to purchase up to $25 million of its outstanding Step-Up Senior Notes due 2020. D.F. King Ltd. acted as information agent and tender agent for the offer, BCP Securities, LLC acted as dealer-manager, and U.S. Bank National Association acted as trustee.
