Jones Day represented Cliffs Natural Resources Inc., a leading mining and natural resources company in the United States, in connection with its $680 million public offering of Common Shares, $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.75% Senior Guaranteed Notes due 2025, and concurrent cash tender offers to purchase $422.2 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding unsecured debt. The Company used the net proceeds from the offerings to redeem a portion of its outstanding senior secured notes.
