Jones Day successfully represented Ferrocarril y Terminal del Valle de México, S.A. de C.V. in an investigation of market conditions performed by the Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica (COFECE). After one year, the investigation was closed after the COFECE could not find evidence regarding the lack of effective competition in the market.
