Jones Day represented RockWood Equity Partners LLC in connection with the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Ibis Tek, LLC, Ibis Tek Properties, LLC, Verbuck, LLC, and Ibis Apparel, LLC (collectively, "Ibis Tek"). Ibis Tek is a defense contractor specializing in ballistics armor, advanced lighting, specialty vehicles, and related components and services for the military and law enforcement.
