Jones Day advised Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of building products, in connection with its issuance of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 4.875% Senior Notes due 2024 in a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering and concurrent cash tender offer to purchase any and all of its outstanding 7.500% Notes due 2020.
