Oxenwood Real Estate acquires industrial unit in Immingham

Jones Day advised Oxenwood Real Estate LLP and its joint venture partner Oxenwood Catalina Limited in connection with the acquisition and related financing for the development of a 80,000 square foot industrial unit with an external vehicle storage facility of approximately 175,000 square feet at Kiln Lane Industrial Estate, Immingham. The development was financed by an increase to an existing £29 million term loan facility to £39.4 million provided by The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
