Jones Day represented Reliance Communications Limited, as international counsel, in connection with its issuance of $300 million of 6.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2020. Standard Chartered Bank and DBS Bank Limited acted as joint bookrunners and lead managers. The Notes are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
