Ventika finances large wind farm in Mexico

Jones Day represented Ventika S.A. de C.V., an owner and operator of wind power plants, in connection with the $600 million project financing for the construction of a large wind farm with a total generating capacity of 253 MW located in Mexico. Jones Day also assisted the major shareholder, Fisterra Energy, in the acquisition of its participation in the project and the project company on the financing and closing the Power Purchase Agreements with Consumer Shareholders.
