Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing by portfolio company Retail Zoo of Cibo Espresso, an Australian franchisor of premium espresso bars. The financing consisted of an amendment to the existing facility.
