Freescale defends against patent infringement action related to methods of wireless data transmission

Jones Day defended Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. in a patent suit alleging infringement of five patents relating to interfaces for serially transmitting or receiving data, acquiring a GPS signal using data bit information, detecting jamming signals in wireless communication devices, and testing responses of radio transceivers.
