Riverside acquires Future Medical Home Health

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing by portfolio company Specialized Medical Services, Inc. of Future Medical Home Health, Inc., a provider of rental respiratory equipment, liquid oxygen, and related services to skilled nursing facilities in 13 Midwestern and Southeastern states. The financing consisted of amendments to, and increases of, the portfolio company's existing senior secured asset-based revolving credit facility and senior secured second lien term loan facility.
