Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Global Compliance Services, Inc., a leading global provider of outsourced governance, risk management and compliance solutions. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility, including a revolving facility with a letter of credit sublimit and a term loan facility.
