Jones Day represented Banco de Sabadell, S.A.; Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A.; and WestLB AG, Surcursal en España in connection with the €66.3 million (US$94.8 million) project financing for the construction and operation of the San Cristóbal de Aguilón windpark with a total generating capacity of 50 MW located in Zaragoza, Spain.
