Texas Instruments settles patent infringement dispute with Xpoint Technologies

Client(s) Texas Instruments, Inc.

Jones Day represented Texas Instruments, Inc. in a multi-defendant patent infringement lawsuit brought by Xpoint Technologies. The subject matter of the suit centered around alleged technology and products that allow for peer to peer data transfers between I/O devices independent of a CPU. The parties resolved the dispute on mutually agreeable terms.
