Jones Day provided urgent advice and assistance to Spinvox Limited, a speech technology company, in relation to an internal investigation into the company's affairs that arose as a result of matters that came to light in an anonymous letter received by various parties. Jones Day advised the company in relation to settling any related claims against Spinvox Limited personnel. Jones Day prepared a detailed report for the Board of Directors of the company in conjunction with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu following the investigation.
