On behalf of independent power producer Midwest Generation LLC and its affiliate, EME Homer City Generation, Jones Day has pursued and defended multiple commercial claims in court and before arbitration panels. The claims have involved, among other things, nonperformance by coal suppliers under fixed-price supply contracts.
