UniCredit S.p.A. provides €53 million facility to CCP IV IREF 1

Jones Day advised UniCredit S.p.A. in relation to the execution of a new facility agreement governed by Italian law for the granting of an €53 million facility to the Italian reserved closed-end real estate alternative investment fund CCP IV IREF 1 (the borrower), sponsored by Vukile Group. The facility will be used to support the borrower’s general corporate purposes, including the full refinancing of existing secured mortgage loans related to three shopping centers located in Italy, owned by the borrower and managed through a propco/opcos structure.
